Tergos offers two main types of services :

ecological architecture and design (ecodesign), and ecological construction ( ecoconstruction).

We have LEED Accredited Professionals and design and build a minimum of Silver LEED certified projects.

Ecodesign - Tergos Écodesign offers professional conception of architectural plans and construction specifications for all types and scales of building project leaning torward sustainable design: residential and commercial, renovation, retrofitting and new constructioninterior design, built-in-furniture as well as expertise and counselling services for auto-constructors.

Tergos possesses an excellent knowledge of bioclimatic and passive low-tech strategies which are applicable in Quebec and similar northern climates.

We prioritise use of natural and healthy materials which have low impact on the environment and low grey energy, as well as the use of biodegradable, recycled and/or reclaimed materials.

Écoconstruction - Tergos Écoconstruction was created out of the need to see the sustainable architecture projects we designed realised to our satisfaction. Through a design-build process, we bring a project from its genesis on paper to its finished touch on the building site through a continuous and harmonious process. This allows us to offer our clients a better service all along their project.

Tergos ecoconstruction inc. (building lisence : rbq 8335-4712-15) provides custom construction services, from technical support for the auto-constructor to a turnkey project.

Tergos is specialised in deconstruction methods and is a leader in integrating reclaimed materials in new constructions.

Tergos is also accredited Novoclimat and Garantie Maison Neuve from APCHQ.
